Thanks for the replies! Looks like I’ll be canceling my order for 24 spline imperials.
Is that knob puller any good for pedals?

even better..Now that you mention it was single ended so probably more like 2 watts, but was an EL-84 and sounded pretty good.
YES YES YES!It's Thursday!
Frank and I met with the folks from BECU (Boeing Employees Credit Union) today to discuss home equity, happily there's quite a bit and after a few formalities we'll be able to go forward with a new roof and a '60s Thunderbird.

In my experience most pedal knobs have set screws, so it would be a non-issue.Thanks for the replies! Looks like I’ll be canceling my order for 24 spline imperials.

I doubt they are glued. One trick is to slip a rag under the knob and pull up on the rag.Hello all. I have a little bitty question for you all. I want to replace the knobs on my VP and the ones on there now are a bit tight. Anyone know if they’re glued, or what? Recommendations for removal without damaging them (or the pristine white finish) would be most welcome. I really want silver instead of gold, but reversibility is paramount for this project. Thank you for any and all imparted wisdoms.
I’d go red or black for the TRC.Thunderbird Thursday..still trying things with the truss rod cover. All of that white was a little bit overwhelming.A couple of stickers breaks it up a little. I would love to be able to reproduce our queens ThunderVulture logo from that famous pickguard..Work in progress..Cheers everyone!

Those knobs look great on that. I hate the silver-tops with black hardware, though.I doubt they are glued. One trick is to slip a rag under the knob and pull up on the rag.
I find the gold knobs are hard to read.

A couple of cool fezzes there... Or did Madonna drop a bra?My first guitar amp was a TV something like this with a 12" speaker and an RCA jack on the back for a mono turntable. I've played bass through a variety of things over the years though, once out here I played through a 2 watt Phillips tube radio with an 8" speaker, sounded pretty good in my apartment actually.
