Every bass player would happier playing a Thunderbird...Not sure, but he looks like he'd be happier if he were playing a TBird.
Besides the other suggestions, the classic is wrapping a towel around the the knob underneath and pulling straight up.
But I got one of these and couldn't be happier.

This is too deep. Foucault would add that it's meaningless to talk of reason or truth, so apparently we can't know and wouldn't know if we did. Know what I mean? That is a question for Veronica. But I suspect you will become OlliP when you get the NR and a reissue number will be necessary.
Someone nearby should grab this quick, assuming the bird is healthy. For those of you looking for an Eppi VP, there might be a sweet deal for a bird in the New York bushes...

No affiliation, did not contact the seller, so no idea what condition it's in but it looks nice in the photos.
Any Boston peeps in the club?Someone nearby should grab this quick, assuming the bird is healthy.
That looks to be way underpriced, especially with the case. Less than 50% of a new one plus case. Hope someone here can jump on it.For those of you looking for an Eppi VP, there might be a sweet deal for a bird in the New York bushes...

We’re I not buying a new NR, I’d try to get my daughter in Boston involved now that she’s fully vaccinated. No one can have too many Thunderbirds!Any Boston peeps in the club?
But you wouldn't wanna hold her back from her dream of becoming a bas...er, Thunderbird player. We’re I not buying a new NR, I’d try to get my daughter in Boston involved now that she’s fully vaccinated. No one can have too many Thunderbirds!
Depends. Do I get an NR number when that comes in or do I still just get one number?
I paid just under four for my burst that came with an older sturdy Epi case, but it also had a (backward) stress crack at the nut. I don't think the guitar center I got it from in the NE knew that given I don't think they knew what they were even looking at. I believe they might have thought it was a classic. Given that they didn't reveal the damage I didn't reveal they listed it as the wrong instrument. Crack or not, I still came out way ahead and am still super pleased with my purchase. That looks to be way underpriced, especially with the case. Less than 50% of a new one plus case. Those were in a container on that ship that got stuck in the Suez Canal. They had to lighten ship to refloat it and guess which container they tossed. or so I heard.I paid just under four for my burst that came with an older sturdy Epi case, but it also had a (backward) stress crack at the nut. With this listing, I'm not so sure the pickups and the case or not worth the asking price. They are as far as I'm concerned. Himm...... No, I can't go there. If/when I buy something else it will be one of the new non-reverses.
some clueless schmoe..Who’s the hatless, Birdless bass player?
It's more along the lines of Douglass Adams. Or maybe it's just confusing. I dunno. This is too deep. Foucault would add that it's meaningless to talk of reason or truth, so apparently we can't know and wouldn't know if we did. Know what I mean?
@RedVee....is that a Holden or a Chrysler in the pic?..For those of you looking for an Eppi VP, there might be a sweet deal for a bird in the New York bushes...
