I’m 16 and you think I’d be in a band like “the offended pretend players gone too far” or “tide pod Johnny and the fidget spinners” yes, some losers are like that but I’m not one of those squares!!! You losers put this on us. You went around making things easier for future generations and then complain that we have it too easy! You told us we could be anything and do what we want and then you complain that people act strangely and do weird stuff. We are the result of you and your millennial children’s doing!!!

Don't get too bothered about it, this humour is about as mature as the dad bands threads. What started out as, "hey, what's going on at the rack?" "Nothing too much, there's some band playing coassic/dad-rock and whiskey is half price, also pool tables are like twelve bucks all you can play", has turned into "let's joke about old people", which has in turn become "let's joke about young people in the name of 'fair game'".

The old and the young have hated each other at least since we figured out how to write "Joe is a turd". Not all people, old or young, are this malicious, but disagreements happen and I can also say that while not this intentionally mean spirited, the dad band names thread was mostly just as dumb.

There's also people with humour that's rough around the edges to begin with, nothing wrong with that either
