Reading this thread is like accidentally wondering into a retirement home full of angry flatulent crackheads with dementia.

Old people have always hated the young, they just didn't have the internet in the past, so they were easier to ignore. I say let them shout about 'snowflakes' and 'entitlement' and whatever, once they're done ranting they'll just get tired and go off to bed and quietly break wind until they drift off to sleep anyway.

Just to be fair, my son was born in 1995 and is currently working on his Ph.D in applied mathematics. So not everyone from this generation is a Tide Pod eating, entitled snowflake!

Gen X here too...I feel the same way. The only thing I noticed about Millennials was that they often refused to be mistreated in the labor force the same way we did (that and their college loans were something like 5x higher then ours were).

It's gone past the whole "good natured ribbing" thing and into actual abuse based on birth year. We wouldn't let TB host an [insert ethnic group] Band Name thread. Why this?
