I dont see any lack in quality with my 2010 USA P deluxe, it is superb
Well, you have to expect the Fender bashers to chime in. It's obvious most are just repeating other bashers.

Fender has everyone trying to play Catch-Up, but sadly, no one ever will.
it's like an indestructable empire. they are their "own and only" worst enemy! how's that for job security. kinda like Apple Computers. i like IBM PC's, but i can't seriously bash Apple. i've tried,...but,... it makes me sound ignorant!

I see that you're not helping them, and since you didn't claim to, I'd say you were spot on.
That's true. One poster claims that you have to literally play at least 24 to 36 to 48 Fenders to find 1 good one. Surely, the problem lies elsewhere.Fender has everyone trying to play Catch-Up, but sadly, no one ever will.

Uh huh. They couldn't possibly disagree with you, despite all the evidence, including thousands of recording to the contrary.
What would they be disagreeing with me about? I haven't said anything negative about their basses or about anyone else's basses. Unlike others...
The peoples bass. I own three of'em 1983 USA P bass, 2001 USA Std Jazz & a 2012 USA Std Jazz, it just doesnt get any better. My only prob is deciding which to bring to a gig or to practice.
...something I will never understand how it is so popular bass guitar wise. Just nothing special to me. Their bass tube amps on the other hand freaking rule.
