Is that a happy poop cake?
This is my famous poop cake, The Kitty Litter Cake.
Done it for kids birthday parties they all think it is gross but love it. This one pictured was done for my Dad's birthday a few years ago. Yup, he got one too.
The cat box and scooper are kept with other cake pans, it has not had a cat in it. Though when I brought home our new surprise Tort Kitty last week The Wife wanted to use this box for her. I said "No that is a cake pan." Then went to the store to get a new box for kitty, this one is for food.

It's an every Tuesday 'race' called [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] in the middle of the city on Lake Union, from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
Mostly we just get goofy and try not to hit other boats

1. Get one Litter Box (your choice of size and color) and one Cat Litter Scooper (your choice of size and color).Wow. What's is in there?! Recipe please!
2. Make any cake you want, box, sheet or fancy whatever colors or flavor you want as long as it fits into the Kitty Litter Color Pallet and bake it as it says.
In the picture it was a vanilla sheet and a chocolate sheet cake.
2. Take the fully baked and cooled cake or cakes you made and shove your hands into them grabbing a fist full of cake and crumble it into the Litter Box. Adding in whatever frosting you want and mix with hands. The frosting gets mixed into the cake while crumbling the cake/cakes in the Litter Box, it is not to be seen as a topping like a standard cake. Make sure that you mix it to a consistency and color of a used Cat Box.
In the picture it is mostly vanilla cake with some chocolate cake for texture and a butterscotch frosting. Remember the Kitty Litter Color Pallet, dark spots can be pee clumps.
3. Get some Tootsie Rolls (the ones about an inch long, do not need the huge ones unless you want that effect, this makes the Poop. Put a bit, maybe a teaspoon of Olive Oil into a small bowl or cup to dip your fingers into the oil. Dip your fingers into the oil, get a Tootsie Roll and roll it between your fingers to the size and shape you want. The oil helps to roll them long and skinny also makes them turds look fresh and wet. drool
Make different sizes and shapes of Tootsie Poop place them throughout the cake (it is fun to find an unexpected dumpling in a bite you did not see one in) with some on top.
4. When time to present to the group put the Litter Scooper into the cake just before hand so it is not clean looking then place Scooper on top so it can be seen as a real Pooper Scooper. This will be your Serving Scooper.

This is the OB pier.....the longest concrete pier on the West Coast
At the main stage was a band called Stone Horse (cool name) that was very good.....the woman singer was awesome
At a side stage was a great Bluegrass band
Back at the main stage was this awesome surf band called Hang Zero
One of our promoters was there promoting another one of her bands called Kissed Alive.....very cool and talented dudes!!
Of course she introduced me
But here's the highlight.....on my way out, I hear a Hendrix band playing in a bar. I decided I needed to sit down and get a Coke
I'm glad I did because this guy was absolutely awesome.....this guy just killed it.....not a very good pic, but yes, those are red Velvet pants
It was great day at the beach!!

I ran across these from two years ago, I guess it would've been a Galaxy S5. The gig was a private party held at the gun range at the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. There was a thunderstorm actually happening, in the valley below us. I must have played up there 100 times, and never seen a sight like this.
