Tour de France 2013

It would be nice to see Froome win this year after being the best in last year's race and shepherding Wiggy to Paris in yellow. I don't know what to expect from Contador this year, but he always has the potential to be spectacular. More than anything, I want to see a battle in the mountains where the leaders are hitting each other with everything they have at the front of the race. I also look forward to amazing finishes by Peter Sagan, and the chaos of the sprint monkey circus.

Garmin just brought out a roster of mostly GC guys and no Tyler Farrar.

Froome vs. Contador seems to be the most logical GC battle.

Peter Sagan is obviously more versatile than Cav, but this year Cav is fully supported.

Could be a very interesting TdF, especially since the testers seem to have improved their methods a bit.

I have a standing no-yellow wearing rule. Yellow must be earned. Therefore, I never wear yellow with my skills.
Where I come from, few know what it means. I'd like to think it might start a conversation(in real life, not here ;)), spread some culture,etc.. I also do it as a gesture of disrespect/protest against the doping, the scandals and general breakdown of traditions. And I like yellow. :)

I heard that they're climbing D'Huez TWICE in one stage this year?

Yep. Stage 18. Climb L'Alpe, descend off the top down a very narrow and scary road, loop around, and climb L'Alpe again for the finish. There's also some climbing to be done before they get to the first lap up the 21 switchbacks. The stage is set up to be a potentially huge factor late in the race.

I like the Astana jerseys best, so I'll pick them to win. I can fit everything I know about bicycle racing into a demitasse, so I'm just going to assume all the good guys are still doping just not caught quite yet?
