Blow it out yer ass! You know what I mean!
Having moved here from Seattle, I always get confused as Seattle has an Ocean Beach. My g/f is always correcting me whenI call it Ocean Beach.

By Ocean City, Maryland you mean "Down the Ocean?" Right?
Now let's hear you SAY that. THEN we'll see who's the turrist around here.

+1, except the bold part. If you want to be blasted by Journey nonstop, and see fireworks and parachuting Elvises (no, I'm not kidding), go to Telecom Conglomerate Park or whatever the heck they're calling the White Sox field now. If you want to see actual baseball and ivy, and drink Old Style instead of wine coolers, come to Wrigley.![]()
No that island that you see is not Japan.
Do you mean somebody actually asked you if Catalina Island was Japan?? What kind of excuse for geography do they teach in schools these days? :scowl:

Oh yeah, definitely. Lived here for a few years, been to maybe 10 games and not one of them has been at night.Last of the REAL baseball parks. That travesty across town, and all the shennagains they put on, that ain't baseball.
It's been too long since my last pilgrimage, maybe next year...maybe next year...ivy and bricks and real grass...I even cried the night of August 8, 1988...it's supposed to be played under REAL light too, isn't it?

Sadly yes. Not far behind that is the question that asks if it's Hawaii.![]()
Speaking of violence in the South. I'm a transplant here in Raleigh. And back in Indianapolis, when we'd get mad at someone, we'd just simply hit them.
But down here, you first "haul off" and then hit them.
