hey guys!
I was on here before asking afew qs and i just have one more before i get my traben(hopefully:hyper:)
I was just wondering if the neck on the traben array attacks are fast? Thanks guys! :bassist:

Every Traben I've played, the necks were more on the thin side. Comparable to an Ibanez, a little different though. So yeah, by most peoples standards they have a "fast neck".

well here she is, so I guess I can get my number now Huh

so your replacement arrived in tip top shape i take it?

The replacement was the one that I wish I would have received in the first place. It has two truss rods and one was pretty loose but over all this bass just slayed the first one. After getting the second I really think that maybe the first one was ran over or something. Cause they are like Night and Day.
I love this bass.

Howdy y'all. Glad to see more Trabenites flooding in. I've had my Chaos Attack 5 for a while now, and while it sounds and plays great, it is quite neck-heavy. Do other Traben 5 string owners have this problem? How do you guys cope?

actually, my chaos core 4 is really really light.. (I cant see how a 5 stringer of the same model would be much heavier..)

Well, it's longer scale with a wider neck, one more string and one more tuner. Bigger pickups and bridge too, but that wouldn't add to neck dive.

I've actually done a bit of work on mine since posting. I've got an elongated screw for my upper horn and something else I won't mention because someone here might have a heart attack. :)

I have a question for you Traben guys. I've been looking at some Traben's for a while now, and I have it down to a Chaos Obsession 5 or a John Moyer Signature. The two specific guitars I'm looking at are the same price, so that's not the issue. I know the Signature has a better pre-amp, but the Obsession is neck-thru(a plus for me I think) and supposedly has a better wood. I need some specific advice.

I have the Moyer and the Tone is awesome. I have only played this model and one of the very first models. I am looking to buy a Chaos here in the future. The one with the Maple neck. I think anyone looking for tone would love the Moyer. I do wish it was neck though, but then again, it simply rocks.
