TransBlue with Tort PG?

the tort seems a bit out of place with the maple fretboard.
the mirror is pretty, but a bit too flashy for my tastes.
the black really seems to unify the body and the fingerboard and the inlays.

I love tort on SOLID colors, but on the transparent blue, it's distracting, busy, and not at all complimentary. It does not bring out any colors in the bass or vice versa, it's kinda of a plaid paints-paisley shirt thing without one matching color.
My first choice is Pearl White, second is white, and third is black. The mirror is a little too "pimp my ride" but it does work.

Do they have translucent clear torts? Like it's a tort that has no real color of it's own, but picks up the color from what it covers. Kind of like a clear tort, that would be awesome.

We just shipped a Vintage P5 in the same color combo with a Pearloid p/g and though it looked pretty cool, it's not my thing.
I wonder what a BWB p/g would look like on her. Here she is witha Clear p/g:

The BWB looks AWESOME!!!!!! My favorite is still the Mirrow but hte BWB will be on the bass for a little while!!!!!

The tort one looks on FIRE good. That looks incredible. THAT is a great look.
