Tricked Out Squier Club Part 3

I had straight gnarled knobs on here before. What do you guys think?

Do y'all think it looks to, "feminine", or does it just look cool. I like the way it matches the amber in the body and maple neck. Still on the fence though.....

Are those like little amp jewels in the dome?? WHERE did you find THOSE?? Oh yes, they are terrible...so terrible I want some red ones for my Cabronita LOL. Seriously, I do. I was ordering a red pearloid guard for it tomorrow and those would be pimp with it.

HELP?!? Does ANYONE have a "kosher" pick guard for this little fella? It's an '83 Squire Bullet I got a long time ago, it's been a keeper, plays and sounds great, but it had this pick guard on it which is pretty much some 12 year old kids failed shop project :rollno:. Black, white, tort, ANYTHING but THIS!

Please message me if you do.

I'm not sure if they're for amp jewels. I came across them on eBay. I think I searched "bass guitar gem knob". They were only like $7 for a set of 2.

Provided they'd fit yours for certain, these would be worth a shot.

If You have the body dimensions for the bullet, you could scale up this picture to make an accurate template!
That may be my last resort, thanks! I think I have one that another member has sent pics of so I hope that goes, but your picture is definitely the same critter. May seem silly to even mess with it but I have an attachment to that one and want to keep it around and it really is a good bass. Thanks again for the reply.

Well, the pic it not perfectly straight-on, so if you scale up to life-size the distortion from perspective (and lense distortion) will make quite the difference.
However, if that's a picture of your own bass, lying it perfectly flat on a photo-copier or scanner (a couple or three picture will be required to get the whole thing) you could make a perfect life size template - especially if you're kind enough to take the strings off to do it (so the pickguard stays perfectly flat on the scanner).

Actually, shouldn't be last resort. It is a near perfect solution.
Sorry if that come off wrong...I thanked JayTay, gave him a like, and all that happy stuff. It was more that I was hoping to find a guard through the forum and have had a reply or two with guards for sale, because I'm a shiftless layabout and wanted an easy solution;) I thought it kind he took the time or I wouldn't have given him a like or said thank you. I can photoshop his picture quite fine to make a template, I DO restorations and paintwork for several shops and collectors and certainly have the means to fabricate...just not time sadly. Have a good day. Now if I can ever get a number. I'll really be happy.

Success:hyper:...lowphatbass has the guard and is graciously parting with it. Thanks for the replies! I have an assortment of extra parts too (guards, bridges, knobs, etc) so who knows...I'm always happy to help out so hit me up if you are looking for something, I might have it. I just sent some off to a guy on another thread, what goes around comes around:thumbsup:
