just watching the Force Seven episode and there's someone beating the bajeezuss out of a fretless through the ninja scenes. Checked IMDB, but didn't find anything beyond Alan Silvestri which led me to this thread... Is that Abe or someone else trying to collect a debt from that poor bass?

More realistic question- what site would be best to find this info?

For something a bit more modern, I recently binge-watched all of "Bosch", a cop show on Amazon Prime, maybe one of the best cops shows I've ever seen. The main character listens to a lot of jazz and the show has a lot of film noir inspiration to it. The theme is very cool, although I suspect that this may be synth bass:
