Took my basses to my neighbors and had some pics taken..yea the bat got in there too 
Either later tonight or tomorrow pics of my Peavey (and the bat

Man I want a T-40. Here's me and my foundation with my firebass in the background. I tune it bead so I've had the nut and bridge filed out a little to make room for the larger strings.

No way I'd pay $900. I was negotiating with a guy in the US a while back for his blue one for about $450 iirc, when someone local gazumped me and ended up with it. I feel a nice composite neck 5 would round out my collection. But I don't need it.There's a NOS one at my local music store. It's been there for at least 4 years and they won't come off the $900+ price tag

Naaaa, love my bat.And I couldn't take it anymore. I was holding off playing my Foundation till I got a new set of strings and adjusted the trussrod, but I couldnt take it any more and hooked it up earlier today...
sssuuuweeeeettt....My BF was out when I took it out and hooked it up (and played some specific 'crap' just to annoy my neighbor ...) and he came home as I was jamming...I was in heaven. And he said the sound reminded him of my T40 ^_^My Foundation has a growl to it thats just great!! Although I discovered I have some electronic issues going on so it needs to go to the shop...static in the knobs when you try to work them and I also got a bit of a shock at one point from the strings... now my les paul copy does that all the time and I was told it was because the pickups aren't potted. That couldn't be the cause of the shock from the Foundation could it? I wouldn't think so at any rate.

If you look close the bat is wrapped in tape here and there...its because Im a clutz...its for its own protection. LOLAttachments

A little clean up is all that Peavey needs. And that Bat looks a little like an EB-0, from the hips up. Interesting- no wonder you were lusting after the BC Rich...
The bass is called The Bat and it was made by some company called Brownsville (and under that on the head stock it says New York). the bass is a 24 fret satin (sp) finished polymer something or other... least I don't think the body is wood...the fret board looks to be rosewood but again I'm not certain. The neck has no sealed finish so it will soak up some lemon oil if you don't keep up with it. There are no fret markers except for the 12th fret which has a goldtone bat with wings spread apart. It has one pick up and one knob that can be lifted for split coil? (learning the tech stuff now so I hope that made sense). I can't recall off hand the type of pickup it has but I think its a pretty good one (not some garbage).
The strings are strung through the body and the neck is bolted on but not by a plate, the bolts are recessed into the body. The neck is beautiful in feel and fast (when its set... when I first got this thing the relief in the neck was bad enough to shoot an arrow with but once it was set...wow...fast baby). Smooth, not thick or chunky just right in width and depth IMO. To me the action is clean and the tones run deep on it. Its light weight and I have never noticed any neck dive on it. Actually I can balance it about where the neck bolts to the body on the top edge of my hand.
As for the neck length, Ive never measured it but its long and finding a gig bag long enough for it is a pain in the A** and I haven't found one yet to be honest.
This bass was under $200 new..there are 6 string guitar versions of it in other colors but as far as I know The Bat [bass] only came in black. Brownsville is some obscure company overseas (so where the 'new york' comes from is beyond me) from what little Ive found about them and they are making other axes now but no more Bats. For a low end bass this baby is awesome in every department IMO. Its a keeper for sure for me. ^_^
The Foundation needs some clean up but it did take a 'dirty' picture for some reason. Then again converting that Bitmap to Jpeg distorted it just a bit I think as well. And yea, The Bat does remind me a bit of an EB-0 now that you mention it.
And yes, a Warlock Bass sitting next to The Bat would be just too cool for words. Actually some people think my Bat is a Warlock...*scratches head* I kind of don't see it but who knows
Well you learn something new every day. ^_^ Also I need to correct myself. Brownsville [New York] is what is on the headstock and a 'company' name but its not the actual name of the company that makes them. Its some weird company overseas, Japan I think.

I just meant the dirty pots that you mentioned, concerning the Peavey. I'm not one for cosmetics... my basses all get a little 'mung' on 'em, and I generally hardly notice!
Now that I'm no longer gigging for bread, I'll probably spend more time with them, and take care of 'em!
I now hate gigging for bread- it's poisoned my relationship with music. We're in therapy here...
Got room for one more? I've got a mid 80's Foundation and a 2000 Peavey-G four. Keep passing them up you brand snobs, that leaves more us, hehehe....... The Peavey-G V replaced the Paladium recently........
