Those I have in abundance. I'll stick with this.

Fits in your pocket, has hex keys for saddle set screws and knobs, Philips head drivers for tuner and bridge intonation screws. Handy flat head to pop battery covers off.

Major improvement over the "GuiTool" I had 30 odd years back.

Must be the season for them. An English fella listed his on eBay last week. There was no point in linking to it, guy wasn't shipping anywhere (post Brexit it's a major hassle).

Despite asking less for it than this on Reverb he got nothing, not one single bid.

Guess I'll be waiting on a turn in the market to put mine up

That white one used to be mine about 10 years ago !!! I remember the burnt out LED on the 1st fret ! Wow, still looks exactly the same. Yup, even has two of my photos up !
I bought that one from Ebay. It was a closet queen ! Still had all the plastic on the covers. Then, I traded it for my LED Cirrus plus $300 bucks. Then, traded it back a year later, and it was not nearly in as good condition. One of the piezos was broken. Sold my LED Cirrus. Bought that one back FIVE years later, which I still own !

That's what I thought. His ad says Walnut, I replied it was Mahogany, and he puffed up (lol) and said, I've been playing for 40 years and its Walnut, Black Walnut in fact! Lol!

Did they ever make a Walnut bass? Not that I know of...

Walnut has distinct grain patterns.

Plus, it's hilarious when someone uses playing bass for decades as their expertise for wood identification. I could give that credit if they looked closely at the walnut skunk stripe on Fenders and the mahogany bodies on Gibson basses and then extrapolated their findings.
...or just looked at a Peavey catalog or other listings for similar 80s Peavey basses.

Kind of. I had to remove some of the fingerboard material (located under the truss rod cover) to get a Gibson wrench to reach on my 82 T45 neck. I have run into more reach issues with the older production. All my 84-94 Peaveys had no issues with the reach. However, my friend's 86 Foundation needed fingerboard material removed, too.

Yep. I have one like this and it works on my T-20

I have one like that, and also have a shorter one, with curved back, that came with a Gibson bass. Some Peavey's need the longer one to reach the nut, and some work better with the shorter one with the curved back due to the shape of the truss rod access area.
