No they don't, do they. I found a minty white PJ one a few years ago. Bought it just to try one. It was long ago, IICR it was the active version. It was too heavy for me at 10lbs, had to sell it soon afterwards.
But...the damn thing totally killed, sound-wise. And it played beautifully with its slender neck. Looked really nice, too. I'd love an 8.5 pounder. Same goes for the Axcelerators, would love a light one.
Speaking of....look what a bargain these had been in the past (6 years ago). Argh.

I always thought Ax's were relatively light...so curiosity got me...I just weighed my black Axcelerator 5 that I got off Ebay a few months ago....8.2 lbs
It turned out to be a fantastic deal @ $250...even though it looked like Hell on a Biscuit when I got it. It cleaned up nicely, truss rod works, and all the electronics functioned perfectly, and it plays/sounds amazing
I still think I need to paint it Purple though

That looks like a Wilkinson bridge. A great score indeed.
It snot a 2-T bridge , it's actually what Peavey calls a Wilkinson low mass bridge, they were used on the 5-string Axcelerator basses
Hey guys, hoping for some Peavey knowledge. I have a Milli 5 (which I really like) and had a Cirrus. I liked the sound of the Cirrus, but I didn’t love the ergonomics: you see, I wear my bass pretty high, and the lower frets were always kind of a reach. I heard that a lot of Peavey basses use the same pickups. Is there any other Peavey that sounds similar to the Cirrus? Preferably one that comes in a five string version?
The GV. Kind of rare but sounds like it would fit you well. Electronics are the same as Cirrus, 21 fret neck with truss rod wheel like the Millennium and a wood neck with carbon fiber on it. The necks were made by Bell and Carlson....not Modulus. Mine is not for sale. It is a great bass.
The bolt on USA Cirrus 5 would probably be great too. There is one on Reverb but it is overpriced IMO.

You might want to check out a GV. Milly body with graphite bolt on neck. Cirrus(esque?) pups and pre-amp.

Yes, well, kind of - I am in the process of it this week. I really like the parameters of the Cirrus pre, and because I'm all out of bubblegum... I mean Milli pre's. (Name that movie..)

From what I know millennium pre and cirrus came from their respective basses. As having two different names I figured it’s not just a variable mid change but. It must be EQ points too
It probably would sound different but not radically I’d imagine
but the mid would be on a focused EQ point which would be different but cool
