Realize that this question is a personal thing,...

In regards to Super Ferrite pickups on a Foundation, what would be the default jumping off points to set the height for neck & bridge pickups on Bass and Treble sides (4 string)?

Have seen 1/8" on Bass side and 3/32" on Treble. Is this about right? Thank you for info.

That's pretty much where mine are, with the strings being pressed down at the 21st fret.

It was certainly assembled in the USA. The pickups and neck are US made. The rest of the hardware is imported, and the body is arguably imported, too.

Congratulations! Have a ‘95 Foundy w the Peavey logo soapbar pickups and rosewood fretboard. It plays sublime. I actually like the tone of these pups very much. Enjoy your new instrument.

I have a foundation with super ferrite pickups, think it’s an ‘85 black with matching headstock and rosewood fingerboard in great shape. Thinking about selling it and want to know what would be a good price to sell it for? Need to thin out my herd a little after getting hit with a $6500 car repair. Several others I may have to liquidate as well, also have a mint foundation S with rosewood fingerboard and matching headstock in candy apple red. Want to get as much as I can. Any advice here would be appreciated. Hate to do this because I love my huge collection but these are the only two I think I can live without because I have multiple of these two. Thanks

I have seen them at $400-$500. I don't think the guy I am buying from knows what he has since he advertised it at $200. He claims it has a straight neck and no issues at all. We'll see tonight.
