While I am an experiencer of some very strange things involving aliens etc..., the majority of the show is just the script that the powers that be want the people who think they are awake to think. Controlled opposition. There are some good shows from time to time though, but most of them I am shaking my head. Not because I don't believe stuff like that is possible, I've seen it with my own eyes, but these people think they know the names and addresses of the aliens, and who they were in the bible and stuff, and it has turned into this whole Christian end times prophecy cult.

And while I may be descended from reptilians according to them, I have never seen evidence of reptilians. Just luminous beings :)

Peavey love in the UK is so strong.
Posted NBD regarding both TL-6 and T-40-5 today, 97 views and 2 replies in 10 hours. New Cort thread starts later,168 views and 14 replies :laugh:

The 2 replies I got were from the lad who alerted me about the TL and another fella I know. Other fella suggests an 8 string Foundation as a project. He's a very bad man :D

Aahzz, I agree that a Foundation has waaaay more balls than a Jazz bass.
Don't know of another bass out there that sounds the same as a Foundation, I had a G&L JB-2 that had the same kind of aggressive tone, but it was different.

I think the only thing Fender has to offer a Peavey fan is the Jazz bass.
Peavey didn't do a Jazz bass type clone until they went overseas, I think.
The split pup Furys obviously do what a Precision does, but then you have so many other choices with Peavey,
each with a different sound that seems unique to Peavey....

I really really want a SF Fury :). Along with most of the others. My only current Fender is a Precision Special - P body, J neck, P/J pickups. Seafoam Pearl, which is freaking gorgeous and the main reason I'd consider keeping it - but it's not the sound I hear in my head like the Foundation is, and it doesn't play as well.

On a side note, as a man with 3 shelter dogs (no pibbles - yet), I highly approve of your message to adopt :).

Aahzz, saw that 'burst Foundation you picked up, looks great! Super Ferrite Foundations are the bomb! I really, really like my 84 and see it as a lifer bass. It's every bit as well made, great sounding and I instantly bonded to it, just like my other lifers.
I really like how Peavey filled in the gaps in bass land and didn't just make derivatives of popular models. The derivative models (like the split coil Fury) have the benefit of being a waaaaay better value vs it's Fender counterpart.

Now to find a black T45...
