Here's a modded T-40, played by Louis Lowy of the Miami band (80's) "Bootleg". I remember seeing them in Hallendale at "The Treehouse" and recognizing this bass as a T-40, back in '86
Probably 6 pounds lighter though.

I'm really liking the sounds I can get out of it. The Super Ferrites have such a nice sweet tone.

It's a USA Peavey Foundation S that has been UH modded.
Gone are the active systen in favor of Duncan pickups and painted by a local artist in an all Voodoo theme.
... And yes I used it for our Halloween gig
