B-Quads are AMAZING. I own one that I've bought from Derrick Cook recently from the Peavey Building #2. I have the complete bass minus the preamp. It's the exact color I was looking for, too. I have owned a few over the years and they are pretty much the only bass you'd ever need.They do everything.

Did you ever figure out a preamp(s) plan?

If anyone has a Koa Dyna 5 they are thinking of unloading PM me. Also whoever I sold my eerie dess TL5 to and are tired of it I want it back! What was I thinking?

I don’t think they ever made any Koa Dyna 5 basses. I’ve never seen one, and I’m a devotee.

They made a reported FOUR Koa TL-Five basses. Apparently, one never left the factory. I lucked into one of the three that ever made it out the door.

Great bass and does about all you'd need. Pickups are not VFLs but are active flat top humbuckers. Preamp has no bypass switch and is on all the time. Just recently sold this one. Looked so much like a Sarzo I added the black dots.

Thanks Mech. The one I'm looking at has the flat top humbuckers. I think I will go ahead and play it and see if I bond with it.

I sold my T20 to buy a Foundation because of the neck but can't get the same tones I liked in my T20.

Yes, if you have a T20, T40, T45 and cannot get along with their neck profile, a Foundation or Fury neck will fit nicely.
I think of my T20 as a hot rod with the faster Foundation neck on it.
Didn't even have to change any holes, it screwed right on, holes lined up perfectly.
My Gen 1 (slant SF) Fury has a Gen 2 (split P) Fury neck on it...same deal.
These are things I learned from our friend Mech.

No, Tim. I'm being patient and will wait til a broken BQuad comes up for sale cheap and I'll use it as a parts bass.

OMG that is BASS HEAVEN !!!! That's the color of my Bquad, too. It's by far my favorite. That is the biggest, most complete Peavey Bass collection I've ever seen. Peavey RULES !

That was less than half of them. Count is 54. Never found all the model variations nor had interest in the promo stuff like the JT Liberator or Jack Daniels.

Never found a Cyberbass so made do with the Midibass,never found a GV but have a G-bass.Forum PJ eluded me too,got the active single pickup model for £100 so can't complain

Room here is way too small to display them properly,got 51 of them cramped in this shot.

A few year Never intended to, I was just picking up cheap basses. One day it dawned on me i'd about half the models released,thought was sell them or see if the others came my way.

Guess how that turned out

Oops...I forgot the T40 has a 20 fret neck, and would require one of those 20 fret Milestone necks.

Pickguard Heaven was incredible (incredibly slow... also incredibly detailed)..

They noted that I ordered the wrong guard and corrected it.

I'd rather be patient than create more coasters.

I'd have to look at how I ordered...

Long story short, I was doing a Stealth Fury (all black hardware, black maple neck etc)... they noticed that the generation was slightly different than I noted.

yes, worth the wait.
