I'm fairly contect with this. Still needs some setup work and I'm planning on building a few more rests/ramps just to play with. Eventually I may swap the hardware out for black.
 
Never heard of that before. Cirrus necks are usually perfect. I've had MANY go through my hands and not a single one was bad or couldn't be set up perfectly.
My guess is maybe a previous owner had a missing G string for years as it sat under his bed and the lack of tension warped the neck, or it was a mistake that made it through final inspection somehow. I'd return it or at the least take it to a tech who knows repairs well and get their opinion.
