I can hear it in my head - That maple board Steve Harris clickity clack growl. Love it ! The color looks wonderful.

Before I had it, I thought it would be really similar to a P, but it really isn’t. It’s a lot fewer lows and has really barky upper midrange, really dissimilar to any other bass I’ve ever heard. It’s admittedly not the most versatile tonally, but man, what it does do is just so unique.

It's a 95 ash Foundation with a rosewood board which is a fairly rare combination I believe.

Wow. I don't think I have ever seen one with an ash body. Great looking bass.

I have that red one’s twin! My neck swap adventures for my fury left me with an extra set of Peavey’s early style clover keys, so I replaced the less than stellar ones on mine with the much better earlier clovers. I think I prefer the Titan style a bit better, but it’s a major improvement over the crap that was on there.

Nice bass Runnerman an '85 Foundation with the earlier Peavey Foundation decal. And not the later Foundation Peavey decal, like my '86 beauty.

That is cool! You don't see a lot of ash outside of Ts.

I have a 72 J that's ash/rosewood--looks great together.

Don't you mean an '85 Foundation?

Those ash and hog Foundations are kinda uncommon. Knowing Peavey, and their widespread use of northern (?) ash, I'd expect that one to weigh in on the portly side.

I dropped my Millennium and my new Cirrus off to Texas Toast Guitars today.

The shop is making a roasted neck for the Millennium and I'm having the headstock painted on the Cirrus. However, the shop doesn't have access to logos and decals.

Can anybody recommend a place where I can get good replacements? Is this something I can get from Peavey?

Thanks for the reminder! I will reach out to him and see if I can get those silk screens from him. The Cirrus should be ready by the end of next week.

Not to derail the thread, as I just sold my last Peavey *sigh*, but my beastly Yamaha BBP35 had fun with doing some of Mr. Harris' work.
