hey guys, thanks very much. i'll try to take some pics of it onstage tomorrow night.

freddels, i'll just use my trusty heil pr40 to mic it.

david, honestly, if i tilt it back and point it a little closer to my head, i think the 210av will kick enough to where i don't need two cabs. obviously it's not got the air movement of my 810 ;) but i thought it did a good enough job where one cab should do me.

mark, to lose muscle tone, one must have it in the first place ;)

wall of micro, eh? that would be hilarious to see a band use a giant wall of these things. me, i think i'm sticking with it as is. add another cab and it's no longer a micro rig.

ya, this little deal is totally up there with the b100r. it'll even cop some of that b-15 stank like the b100r does.

for fun, i just went and ab'd it with my svt in my 810. obviously as a class d micro it's not going to pack quite the same wallop, but it does cop the tones. the knob positions don't match up but i was able to cop the tone of the settings i usually use in my svt, and at a high volume level, too. makes me really interested in the new class d portaflexes they've got coming out, that's for sure. at the prices i've seen that they're going for, i think it'll be impossible for me not to at least pick up one of those heads.

all of them ;)

on my 69 svt, i usually go bass 11:00-12:00, mids 2:30-3:00 at 800 hz, treble at 2:00. the sound i'm gravitating to on the micro vr is bass 1:00, mids 12:30, treble 10:00. of course it often changes due to the room conditions, but that's my usual starting point.
