Ultra minimal pedalboards

It’s been suggested to me that I post my board here. It’s a Fix Pedalboards FP-6X pedal riser that I’m using as the board.

Sharing my bass-ic mini board project build.
Just got the Broughton Subsonic and surprised with the insane tracking, simpler controls and a refined version of my fave Oc-2. DCX as part of my gain staging mostly used at medium gain settings and for stacking. Fliptop always on and gives a nice B15 saturation to warm the tubes of the Neptunium(Noble clone).
Mounted on a Pedaltrain PB-3 riser. Hooked with EBS Gold flat patch cables. Powered by a Onespot PSU and all pedals are daisy chained without any issues.

I thought about starting a new thread but since we’re all here.
I find myself in this space of wanting ultra compact pedalboards but not really loving a lot of the pedal riser solutions out there. They aren’t really designed for the purpose, but so often I’m running an always on pedal or two and a tuner and even a nano feels too big.

Issue with these is you can’t fit a power supply under them not even a Mission 529M

At the back this is actually tall enough for the Mission and maybe a Cioks 4 but with the slope I think you’ll have issues. This is also the biggest they do so 2 maybe 3 pedals max. I think these look very slick compared to the competition.

Really cheap, range of sizes and space under them whilst probably being as tall as a PT Nano or Mono Lite
Now these I came across earlier and they do a range that is 1.5inches high which is enough to allow a Cioks 4 under it

There are a bunch of others from Rockboard, D’Addario and smaller brands but they’re mainly variations on the Pedaltrain ones.
Anyway I don’t have a conclusion just a lot of musings

I agree and have had all the thoughts you shared. Currently I just daisy chain with a one spot and my pedals allow for that, but I was planning on making some feet adapters to raise it and allow for feet to be on the bottom. That would lift it enough if I make them tall enoughI thought about starting a new thread but since we're all here.

Daisy chain had noise with the one spot so had to go to a cioks.
Man, that blue SGT-DI colorway is sweet…

Yeah, the blue looks cool but the black sounds just as good w/ your eyes closed.
Using my PB2 setup for a quick gig this weekend. All I need is a nice octave, a low gain drive feeding my tube preamp. Been having fun with small boards. I rotate between this and the PB3 which I posted above.
Very nice! Do you find that the eq on the DCX Bass is redundant and the same as the eq on the Neptunium? I'm wondering if having 2 two-band eqs is worthwhile and useful or not. Thanks!
I mostly keep the dcx eq flat. Been mostly using it in OD mode. If I need to shape my drive section further I tweak from the DCX but often times I barely touch it. The Neptunium already gives a nice heft to my bass tone even with a slight amount of boost.
