Probably in the next few days we will all get cancellations. It might have flown with the first 5 people that ordered but not 40 people that ordered 2 each.

If this flies it will be the best deal since the "Great Musicians Friend Coupon Stacking Fiasco". That single handedly changed the protocol for MF and the way they do coupons.

I'm wanting to buy a new "backup head" for my Aguilar DB112NT cab... but... I suppose I probably shouldn't jump the gun in case the Aguilar ends up not existing.

Crazy... ship date for the Aquilar. I understand discounting stuff sitting in your warehouse but why pre-sell cabs that are not in stock at such a drastic price. I hope they come, but I am not holding my breathe.

Happens all the time. GC, MF, and Amazon all had prices last month on an SKB Mini Rig at $180....and there were none in stock. Now they are back up to $360....still not in stock. Maybe to drum up interest? Or in this case, A LOT of interest...haha.

That would have increased your chances of not getting stuff though. I did a few orders, a couple didn't make it through. I did get get a green DB112 for around $200 though...

I bought one and just got it yesterday, and everything went smoothly. It is a phenomenal guitar, IMHO.

These sell at GC, MF, Sweetwater, etc for $799.

Also a tip here. I tried buying a couple of packs of DR Strings from Amazon's Warehouse Deals that were listed as "used". Well, they were not in fact used at all but had boxes tha were a little chewed up nad had new shrink wrap applied to them. A pack of 5 String Low Riders, and a pack of 4 String Sunbeams each for less than $9. The strings are fine, and I throw the packaging in the trash after installing. So I just found another way to get bargain priced strings,

I got 4 sets. theat's 9 sets of blow out bargain priced strings I've bought the last few days. But that is OK at < $10/set I don't feel guilty when putting a fresh set on. I can remember the days when I used to think "just a few more weeks". I can make them last just a little bit longer. But, that was when I was paying $25-30 a sat and not getting them dirt cheap like today. Now I have no excuses.
