I hear ya, i was SUPER pumped about the GFJ basses and was seriously planning to buy one.

Then all the "stuff" happened and I ended up using that $$ to buy some other used gear- a head, 2x10 cab and a bass. I got some very solid, giggable gear and they lost out on a sale.
C'est la vie!
 
Im not 100% positive but i THINK a couple of the Fusion 5's made it into circulation while the original distributor was liquidating his stock.
Sorry but you'd have to look back into the thread to verify.
 
Yes, that is correct. There are at least a few of both the Fusion 5 an dthe Super B basses floating around. I know the Fusion 5 that I have is a very nice bass. It sits in the mix well, plays great, balances well. I would put it and the Super B in the "very nice basses" category. Their $600ish price range is about right. All in all, nice stuff.
