Valveamp Bass from the ad up top ^

I'm not sure I can think of another bass with a true "stacked, coil tappable JJ bucker" other than the long discontinued Reverend Brad Houser.

That's a pickup config that just flat out works really well, and I personally like it better than the MM config.

So I googled the GFJ bass and found that it is a 35" scale bass. This could be VERY VERY cool! For whatever reason, I tend to be attracted to basses with bridge humbuckers that are NOT in the typical MM location. My Millenium's MM pickup is a little closer to the bridge than the MM location. This GFJ, clearly, it too. I had an SR5, and it lacked the "burp" I tend to like. Looks to me like even the Fusion-5's bridge pickup is more bridge-ward, like I dig.

Me Like..... Twice!

Regarding IN STOCK items ....

Since this was a new brand being introduced during these historic economic times, we were not sure how they would be received.

So we started with a small inventory shipment for the opening last month. Only about 6 of each color/model combination (6-white, 6-black, 6-burst, etc..)

WELL ........ to our surprise the response for all amps and guitars/basses has been better than we expected...

To my surprise White in everything has been selling fastest ..... historically Black or burst usually lead in sales numbers.

Many models and colors have sold out quickly.

The online store shows the current IN STOCK and ready to ship inventory.

We have another big order scheduled to ship in late November/December as the newest models become available.

Probably 300+ units arriving then.

But in the meantime, yes they have been moving pretty quickly with good feedback.

Thanks

Major bummer...I was wanting to order a white Fusion 5 tomorrow... :crying:

Arrghhh .. sorry about that
Like I mentioned above, we started with a small inventory to launch this new US company and just started ads and banners last month.

Did not know what the reaction would be.

Over 25 Fusion 5 sold in 60 days
All the white from the first shipment ..... Sold.
Have Black and Sunburst left right now.

Looks safe for use to bring a full cargo load of product from Italy on the next freight import ............... and plenty of WHITE instruments !! (including of course Fusion 5)

FWIW I think you were smart to start off cautiously.

Say, any chance you could tell us the weight range of your various models? And do the weights seem to be pretty consistent within a specific model, or does the weight of the wood vary noticeably?

well that mad that easier AND harder. thanks :D im seriously a Fender guy. ive gotten rid of stingrays, spectors, gibsons..all going back to Fender. i dont get excited about too much outside the fender brand but i also have the issue that fender down right refuses to do things i very much want like block inlay 5 stringers and keep jacking up their prices. this is the first time in a while ive gotten excited about stuff outside the fender fold

Check out the custom classic Jazz Bass V
http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend...ass-V-5string-Electric-Bass-Guitar?sku=515032

It was discontinued and was like 2k... maybe try and get one used....

But these valveamp basses if they sound good might just be your ticket and save you alot of cash. They look classy. I liked all their models except the rickenbacker knock off... Something doesnt seem right in ricks without the toaster pickups...

By the way, the prices for all products in the Online Store are $50 lower than usual for the month of October. This includes amps, guitars, and basses.

Some other news for you regarding the products and things to come .....

JJ NO NOISE PICKUPS
From December on many of the new Silverado and Swing basses will be supplied with the new "Frudua JB4-D" noiseless pickups.

The pickups are Alnico and made of two coils, one under the E and A strings and the other under the D and G strings one RW/SP with the other.

I am hoping the FRUDUA products will be ready late November - December when our next scheduled Ocean Freight leaves Italy with all our other products.

That is one of the reason we are selling the current inventory in the Online Store at slightly discounted prices to make room in our storage for the new products.

Even if I say so myself, I think there are some good deals to be had on the stuff we have in stock now for people interested in such models.

In response to the Private Messages I received ........ Yes, I am the same Mike Spitzer who managed guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen back around 1999 - 2002.

I also designed some of the pedal mods for the DOD pedals for AnalogMan.

Yep, I'm the same guy.
