I am DONE with regular running shoes. My Vibram KSOs cured my knee pain, post run limp and reduced my Navy 1.5 mile time to 10 minutes flat (I am 44 years old). Love these things. Looking forward to the new Bikila model.

He jogged/ran the whole AT.

A friend of mine has them. He loves em. The only complaint he had was that when he had to stand in line at Cedar Point, the blazing sun on the black neoprene tops of the shoes got really really hot.

I can't wear them unfortunately because my feet are misshapen and are also 2 different sizes. (True story. The info on their website completely rules me out.)

Lots of people are using the trail running shoes, which are basically hiking boot soles on running shoes. They are awesome, and I did about 1/2 of my 550 miles in Virginia. They dry as soon as they get wet and are lighter.

Their sizes are measured by inches, take a look at their conversion chart.

And I'm only ordering one if they offer the KSO in green camo.
