I was amazed hearing Victor Wooten playing the same very bass than mine. But rather better to be honest ... So I am sure now that the only thing I need is more practice, and not new gear .

I'm sure Marcus is thrilled! And a certain boutique maker or two not so much.
Seriously, a good J bass is not rocket science. This dispels the need for anything more than a good playing and sounding bass, cost be damned. And, with the touch of the master's hand, any bass can sound heavenly!
