Hi Everyone, I have never been on a site like this, but last year was given 2 vintage electric bass guitars from the parents of my friend who passed away. I have never played guitar before and its just not soething i can see myself having time to learn right now. I am considering selling them but i dont know if i have properly identified them. The one i believe to be a Vintage Tokai TB 50 electric bass i cant find a serial number on it. The other I believe is a Vintage Sunburst ESP LTDB 155 Electric bass 5 string. Could anyone please help me out with correct information?

Vintage Electric Bass Information please

@Lunalight If you're looking for prices I'm afraid that's a benefit only available to supporting members. Search ebay "sold listings" for both to get a rough idea.
Neither are what you'd call "vintage", the term probably refers to the colour. The lovely Tokai T-bird was sold 2010 - 2016. The ESP probably from 2002 onwards.
The Tokai was made in China. Basswood body,maple/rosewood neck. 2 Vol,1 tone control. The bridge on it is much easier to intonate/adjust than the Epi/Gibson 3 point bridge, that's a big bonus
Video may be in Russian but bass sounds darn good
The ESP has the same body and neck materials as the Tokai. It's an active bass so there's more control over the tone. Again it's made in China with the hardware,pickups and electrics coming from Korea.

You can also look on Reverb.com ; they even have past sales with prices posted. I found one example of both; just know the TB stands for "thunderbird"
And you could take them to your local guitar shop. Generally employees are helpful, and they might ballpark based on condition. (Don't plan on selling there though, youll get the best price on classifieds) note i said local guitar shop ; avoid Guitar Center if at all possible.
