Is there a website set up or a post somewhere with info? It's really only a short car ride or train away from me and I was planning to go down this summer anyways, if I can work it out I'd love to go.

There's really no source in the US for the knobs, which are made especially for Wal.

Everything on a Wal except the tuning keys is made in house at Electric Wood, or made specifically for them by a 3rd party, you can't buy parts anywhere else, so you really have no choice but to order them from Paul.

Your chances of finding the exact knobs in the US new are slim to none. Wal parts are not cheap (when you add shipping and fees for payment-Paypal or bank transfer) so someone buying a set just to lay around is unlikely. Not exactly sure what the price is for a brand new set, but purchasing other misc parts from Paul, I'd imagine it be a bit more than what you'd expect. If the knobs are still function IMO just stick with it.

Can anyone tell me where I can get replacement knobs for my MK1, the numbers are dulled and can't quite see them.

Availability is also going to depend on what era the bass was made. The early 86 and older basses have small shaft pots, so the late 86 and newer knobs aren't going to fit, they're larger shafts.

You could probably get your old knobs re-annodized? If you're in a large city there might be a plating shop you can find.

This in combination with ramen are very true factors. $11 an hour doesn't exactly cut it lol.
