So all said and done they are costing about $7500 now?! Wow, they have gone up fast. I remember seeing used ones for $4000 a few years ago. Jim, what is included in "options" out of curiosity? Just different wood choices/tops?

Man I would love to own this 6'er!!!!
Two Wal 6ers on eBay at the same time! That's just crazy!!!
$6500 covers your bass with no options. Add another $1000 for shipping and customs, and lord help you if you use PayPal. (add another 5%)
On the bright side you do get a pretty nice bass at the end.
I have paid him for parts directly from my bank to hisWhat other payment options are there?
What other payment options are there?
Your bank will charge you a fee. But once you get to a point where PayPal fees (plus Paul adds $ when paying with paypal) are more than your bank transfer fee....it's a no brainerAny fees associated with bank transfers? sounds like the route I will go. I hate PayPal and their fees.
Then again I thoought if you chose 'Pay for goods and services' on paypal, the SELLER paid the fees, although Paul makes you cover his, as if he isn't getting enough cash already for a bass...
What up charge options would be on your bass? The bass I want is going to end up costing about $8000 with shipping, hahah. I almost have to laugh and cry at the same time... but I still want one.
Satin finish?Fretted ebony board, figured Sycamore or Birdseye..
Satin finish?
Yea satin is standard and gloss would be an up charge. Not sure... I don't want any special finishes... what are the options, satin and gloss?
I basically want that Sycamore MKI shown on their website, but I want frets.
The bass I want is going to end up costing about $8000 with shipping, hahah.
Actually with duty/taxes/shipping you should come in at 7k usd
I have a copy of a receipt of a recent build that has a lot of up charges, so I used that to figure your cost. (Also including the new increase)
