Kulit your blue MK III is my favorite looking Wal in existence, that said this is absoutely stunning who woulda thought a vintage Fender color would look so great on a Wal !! What is the body wood?
So far 22 months and 18 days. Was quoted 22 months.
My last one took 23 months and 17 days but was quoted 20 months......guess the way I spec em out, it makes em go out longer than quoted

Is that an ebony board? Ash and ebony is a longtime fave of mine.

Ah, maybe they hadn’t arranged for a website update yet. I guess that time span should give plenty of time to finish paying for the instrument.

Same here. I always pay attention to the rates too. Converting from Canadian dollars, it takes much longer to save up / make payments in other currencies (USD, EURO, GBP, etc).
Yep, good idea. I'll see if I can get in line this week. I haven't received an email from them since early August, this may catch their attention. 
Speaking of new builds, I'm thinking of specc'ing one out those Rocklite fretboards. I've only heard of one Wal with it so far, and research seems to validate that they are as close as synthetic wood can be to fingerboards without the CITES restrictions. Should I just go with the true woods?

I would like some opinions about what Im thinking about in a future Wal order. I want to order a MKIII four with Mahogany body, Quilted Maple facings, and a gloss black neck and headstock, with possibly a satin finish on the body. I would a gloss finish if I find the right shade of blue.So far 22 months and 18 days. Was quoted 22 months.

My thinking is that if I dont find the color during the build time, to eventually have Pat Wilkins paint the body in high gloss when I find the shade Im looking for.
