Here's my amp options
Nice Lacewood. I used to own its brother.
Pardon the clutter......
Just sold my Walter Woods Green light a month ago. Killer amp for electric and double bass. Kind of wish I still had it. So far it's the only seller's remorse I've had.
The Mk3 is spoken for, had someone jump right away.
thanks for the interest everyone
Yeah, That's just gorgeous.
Well, well, well... I'm special guest on a podcast! The latest Basschat Bass podcast. I'm chatting/wittering on [delete as applicable] about the wonderful Wal Basses!
And here’s the Spotify link... The Basschat.co.uk Podcast
I’ve been a subscriber to Basschat’s podcast. They’re only 2 episodes in, but I’ve enjoyed both of them. I’ve enjoyed this week’s topic on Wal.
Cheapest Wal anyone can buy today. A refin Mk1 converted to fretless. And since its ebony, no CITES!
WAL Mark I Custom Fretless (1985) Paduk facings, Gloss White:: UK, Birmingham, EU, FOR SALE, On offer Second Hand Guitar Stock :: Bass Direct :: USA pre owned. London, Birmingham, Manchester
I think I remember you commenting about a fretless in the classifieds?
Man, that’s pretty killer. Love the natural headstock with it too. Would be a good partner to my ‘90 poly white!
Did you see this amazing Wal? Only €4500
Wal MK II Bass in translucent red for sale
At today's exchange rate, USD6,000 is pretty reasonable for a used Red Geddy Wal in decent shape. Of course, unless I'm mistaken, that's not an ebony board.
It’s actually $5200 according to google. Best price I’ve seen for a 4 string mkII in a long while
USD5,200 would be an amazing price, but Google was showing 1.32 USD per GBP, which puts it at USD5,919 and change...
