Wal Bass Club.

Hahaha heavens no... that show is 40+ years old, and so am I lolol. I've only played bass for 25 years or so, before that it was saxophone.
Lol...me too. Born in 1970.....oddly, I watched a clip on Instagram from a KISS concert from 1996, and I literally thought that felt like about ten years ago...did the math...cried a lil. Lol. Cheers to us 'experienced' guys!!

After idolizing them as a little kid in the late 1970's, I actually saw them in concert in 1996. Here's the sad part: I waited almost 20 years to see them play live, but it's been *over* 20 years since I saw them play that show. feelsbatman :(

Yeah man I'm pumped! Paul said I should have it by next Friday. I think the Wenge came out very classy looking, and Paul says the bass has plenty of bite on the top end. The hype machine is definitely turning hard now!
Congrats Bigsnack love the Wenge top please post more pictures! Did you see the recently completed White MK3 on Instagram? My God it's gorgeous:drool:

I've taken my neck off a few times, it does indeed have a shim at the neck heel.

Question for the wonderful minds of the Wal Club coming from another member and myself......have any of you taken the necks off your 4 string Wal's? More importantly, do the 4 strings in general come with neck shims attached to the butt of the neck regardless of age or maybe it's the older ones?
