I've seen a lot. My favorite one was a sunburst Pro 1E with a Custom model headstock.
Years ago, a few people said it was replacement necks, that they had issues.

Quite possible replacement necks. These Pro series wals had two rows of carbon fiber channeled into the neck underneath the FB. They were known for twisting and warping, I believe due to different rates of movement among all the various pieces of wood. There is a really cool journal of a Wal Pro neck rebuild here:

Wowzers that's the highest pricing for a Pro IIE I've ever seen. They got it priced as a custom mk series. Pick attack switch seems to be a non-original replacement. Master knob isnt original and perhaps that pot was a replacement too.
