 that looks absolutely stunning!!! such a teaser pic though!! we need better pics then that! lol

Paul does such amazing work! I think I may be leaning towards getting a new build and parting with my Mk1 :bawl:

Wait is still an estimated long 19 month wait upon receiving a deposit.

Again, if i'm missing anyone on the earlier numbers, please let me know so I can update the list, back tracking the thread Oddio seemed to PM people their numbers so I was unable to recreate the list at its entirety.

If you like to join, please post pics of you bass and let me know that you want a number.

Jaymi, I know you posted your previous Wal up a long while ago, did Oddio ever give you a number? If not post your Wal up when you receive it and let me know if you want one.:bassist:

Cool congrats!!!

Guess you went liquid my trading huh? Lol!!

What a lovely pair!!!! Lines on a fretless
:( lol its cool!! Man a fretless must be cool but must resist all urges.... Hopefully for my pocket sake one doesn't pop up!!! You want a number??
Thanks, yes, I will take a number!

BTW, the MKII fretless has an Indian ebony fretboard inlaid with lines of (I believe) rosewood. I got this one out to play yesterday, and it absolutely sizzles...very very slippery dominant sound!

Cheers to all!

Cliff Bordwell, kulit17,

thanks for the nice comments and for the number.
It's so good to have a Master Luthier like Cliff and a "knowledgeable" Wal owner like kulit17 appreciate your new bass.

Unfortunately the wait for a new Wal is a little less than two years, but I deeply recommend it since IMHO new ones show a far superior fit and finish compared to "old" ones.

One more pic, this one shows the figuring of the Am. walnut top better ;-)
