Wal Bass Club.

Was talking to a coworker today who asked why I went to London, and quickly jumped on the opportunity to shill for Wal basses. He noticed that my bass is now being shown off on the site. That's so cool!

There also appears to be a few new Wals on the page.

I like the red one. Never too fond of the looks of those transparent slap pick guards though. But it can be handy if you do a lot of slapping because the distance from string to body is a lot bigger on Wal basses which can be harder for slap. I got used to it though and it doesn’t bother me when slapping.

Do you notice the transparent thumb rest between the pickups? Never seen that on a Wal before.

I avoid this problem by not slapping if I can possibly avoid it! ;):roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

Thank you for letting us know about the new pics on the Wal page, do you have a pic of the back of your Zebrano MK2?

I have been playing with headphones via a Helix Floor for the past few months. It sounds good but obviously it isn’t the same as playing loud through a proper rig.

I just got an Ampeg PF-50T and hooked it up to a rare Mesa Boogie cab that I have. I think it is called a Powerhouse Diesel Jr. but it has a 12” and 4-8”s. This little rig sounds fantastic and with the Wal - tone nirvana...smooth or punchy depending on my attack.

I have had one of these heads before but never used it with this cab so I am surprised by how loud it is but this cab has a lot of inches of speakers. Way more than my jam room needs but tons of fun!
