Warrior Club Part 2

sure but the mm pickup have three screw poles outside of the pick up volume, as shown here

so the woodwork must be expensive, if possible...
and i'm not sure that the barto plastic cover can be remove

oki split modification done, it solve the volume issue when balancing from one pick to another. the real interest is a new sound, less muddy for the mm pick up.

yet i have something in mind, i had the chance to sse a jb celinder with lolar pick up and glockenlang preamp, i really liked the range of frequence and the efficency of the mid knob.

i never use mine because of the sound becoming muddy indistinct or simply awfull.

so do anyone of you change the preamp for something else ?

both coil when down and back coil when up, my luthier tell me that he didnt have the choice for it, i would prefer the front one but it seems that without rewiring everything, its impossible.

by the way i wonder what modification Jdran does to the barto preamp, i read here that some of you remove the modification, in what terms does it change the tone ?

Hey Guys,

I know it's bounced around a lot recently, but this beauty is on its way to me in a trade...I've never tried a Warrior so I'm pretty pumped! :hyper:

This bass absolutely rocked!!!! I only had her for a week but I loved it. Such a great bass for playing all night too, so light. If I wasn't working out some endorsement stuff I would not have let it go. Pretty sure you are going to be very happy with that bass sir.:bassist:
