Alien acoustic bass guitar= Made in Korea (it says so on Warwick's website)
all other Warwick basses= Made in Germany

Does it really matter where the bass is made?? I am concidering buy a warwick (although I haven't played with one yet ) and I've been told that China is doing a fine job constructing basses... Does it worth the money bying a German-made warwick instead of a rockbass?

I certainly think so. The German Warwicks have better pickups, preamps, and more importantly those sexy exotic woods like bubinga, wenge, afzelia, ovangkol...*drool*

Plus for the price of a Rockbass, you can get a used German Warwick.
