Warwick Star Bass owners - P/U question.

I'm wondering if the single coil p/u's on the Warwick Star bass are prone to hum or buzz, when played out in clubs? I play in a duo, and I am considering buying a Star Bass, but I'm concerned about 60 cycle hum in bars and clubs. I would appreciate hearing your opinion if you perform with the Star Bass.

Hey Rich,

Jon from Warwick here. You'll definitely get some hum from the StarBass II but another option might be to check out the StarBass Single Cut. This bass comes standard with coil splittable hum buckers. Same great hollow body sound without the hum and still the option of single coils when you need it. Hope this helps.
