Every day. Usually one of my fleet of Seiko automatic divers, but I mix it up.
While I have my share of Seiko autos, for the past year and change this has been my go-to - all of the Seiko design DNA with one of their fantastically engineered solar movements. While autos should either be serviced once every few years, or in the case of Seikos more likely require a movement swap every few decades... this thing should keep running for 20 years or so. At which point it'll need nothing more than a rechargeable battery replacement and be good for another 20!
FWIW it's also the watch that you'll most likely see me wearing at less sketchy gigs.
For the less nice gigs when I want something less conspicuous, or when I want something lighter (usually my preference for the studio) I go with this other much loved classic option:
Yes I wear a watch. Yes I'm a huge watch nerd. Even designed and cased my own watch once just for fun.
