Watson basses?

I saw one recently and had never heard of them before. Seemed to be very well built. I'm interested in learning more about this boutique brand. If you have one or have played on I'd love to know more about your experience. Tone... playability... build quality etc.

I played one at the Low End a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't my thing aesthetically, but it sounded and played great. The woodworking and attention to detail was top notch.

You may want to check with Dan Lenard at the Luthier's access group. I think he is a distributor for Watson. Not sure though. I know he's had several pass through his hands over the past year or 2.

Thanks. Must be not many people have experience with Watson basses based on the lack of responses. Interesting. They look very well made.
