A fair question. I'm nobody famous, but I do gigs with famous people from the 50's, 60's and 70's. Mostly Bowzer from Sha Na Na, but lots of others as well. And I wouldn't say that I know the gear thru and thru...just a fan of what they've done over the years and what they're doing now. And I head up the Portaflex Club on here

I get artist pricing now. Other than that, I have no clue, and it'll probably be business as usual. I don't see a full-page ad in Bass Player in my future, if that's what you're asking Stanley Clarke/Juan Alderete marquee value, I do not have. But I will represent in my own way as good as I can as they need me.

Thanks for clarification. Seems to me the important thing is that Ampeg is acknowledging your faithful, er, ambassadorship! Good on them, and good on you.
