My favorite TB acronym is from the DB side - FEBGOAS. Fretless electric bass guitar on a stick. It's a derogatory term for an EUB (electric upright bass) that doesn't sound very much like a UB (acoustic upright bass).

Oh, and PRON stands for a word many folks who have Internet filters will find blocked. Just switch around the middle two letters. Then consider that on this forum, it is often used in conjunction with "bass" as in "bass pron" followed or under photos of mouth watering basses...
