Ok. That was helpful (TWH) how about at the end of statements where people say "hiding" you're not hiding. I know who you are. And "eek", "bassist" etc. I've been reading posts on this site for quite a while now and have never seen a proper explanation. I'm still a noob I suppose.

hiding, eek, and bassist are commands for smilies when you put : before and after them

SUB is the new EBMM line, it is their Squier. Generally people say subbed or subscribed when the subscribe to a thread, but it could be subscription.

Don't forget NFG = No blankin' good and POS = Piece of spit. I use those when describing my Squier VM Fretless Jazz amongst other things...

I thought NFG was the band 'New Found Glory' which happens to be a POS band. NFG, indeed!
If I've figured it out correctly, FOH is "Front of House"? I'm still not completely certain of this one.

OIC is "Oh I See".

FOH is front of house. That is an important one. This isn't an acronym but you still should know it, especially if FOH comes up.

When you give a soundman a thumbs up or down, that means turn me in my mix, in my monitor up or down.

Actually in high school we suggested calling ourselves NFG, we thought it was hilarious... until New Found Glory came out...
