"Headstock lightener" for neck-divey basses like T-birds and SGs.
A magic box that converts solid-state watts into tube watts.

Retractable frets. Goes from fretted to fretless at the flip of a switch.
Clip/add on (or even built-in) hand/sweat dryer like on bowling ball returns for those particularly sweaty gigs. And I want to see an infommercial filmed in front of a live audience for it like those old Ronco ones. "Isn't that great, folks?!"
A detachable big belly cutout for us "portly" gentleman.

High Tech electronic tuning system where it would automatically adjust everytime your strings got slightly out of tune. Now I want to see THAT happen.

At one point, tired of trying to get the drummer's attention for cues, I designed a spring-loaded chamber and barrel that would shoot peanuts. Aim at the drummer and "PAP!" Instant attention.
The ammo's readily available at any bar gig...

So while the headstock mounted taser is good for keeping your bandmates in check when needed, you can also upgrade to include inteligent circuitry that can be programmed with your tunes that monitors you while you play, and uses phantom power as well to charge a series of capacitors that then deliver a variable shock via the strings based on either how far off from the programmed note you play or how many mistakes you make within a song. The furher out of tune or the more errors the higher the shock value.
Okay sorry, I got no legit ideas, and it's not truly an accessory.
Though we may be able to solve post 2 with post 1. An attachment for your bottom strap pin that holds a 40oz. beer onto the lower back of the bass and acts as a counterweight to remedy neck dive. Though I beleive it's not out yet as it's still in development due to the beer not lasting more than one set and neck dive returns.

A fender J and P bass with built in electronic tuner. Then if I went pedal less, I could justify it.
This has been done. I don't remember who did it but it was in the 90s.
