That some people THRIVE on drama. We had a simple thanksgiving meal all planned. Who was bringing what. Time, location. 8 or 9 people. My wife had 20 + calls/texts concerning the meal Thanksgiving day.
While it’s not drama, my baby sister has never made or agreed to a plan she didn’t amend on her own or push for a change after the details were worked out. Granted she has a very busy life, but the big problem is she can’t sit still for more than a few minutes without needing something to do, so her days are always spontaneously overbooked and the rest of us just roll our eyes and adjust accordingly. :D

TIL that the top high school football recruit is going to Jackson State, which is a historically black college. This could be a HUGE game-changer in college football.

And JUST by coincidence, today a bill hit the FL legislature which would negate a previous law which prohibited schools from “causing compensation to be directed” to athletes. In other words, the existing law was an effort to keep athletes from making NIL money.

Now, that COULD NOT have anything to do with FL State losing a #1 prospect to an HBCU?? Could it?? Of course not, the sponsor says it has been in the works for months. Surely no one could suspect that an athlete would make such a decision based partly on his ability to make NIL money. Of course not. The very idea is shocking, SHOCKING!

Surely none of the legislators in FL could have foreseen that they shot themselves in the foot by passing a stupid law in a losing fight against NIL rules. Riiiiiight???
