Hoo boy, been there done that. Left him 10 years ago to go on my own. Never looked back, never happier. Dude still owes me 12 grand but I probably saved myself 10x that by getting away from him. Good luck.

I learned this week that my business tax return uses only one tax rate, and that if I can show a capital gain in my business all my business profit will be taxed at the capital gains rate which would probably be much lower than the regular income tax rate, and that I don't pay social security on capital gains. Looking into how that will play out in '16...

I learned that our chickens-chicks are going to be living in a freakin' PALACE!
Sweet, Cool friends from the past ( we Taught together 5 or 7 years ago) have offered us a coop...ready for our chicks in about a month...for $50.
After lots of time on CL, we know that this BITCHEN' coop is worth 4 times that!
We are retired.
They are in their 30s.
It would feel like stealing.
I hope they will accept our $200 offer...and deliver it...with a smile.

I learned that the Pittsburg Pirates are a very good ball club. The Detroit Tigers looked good, too. Both are playing in divisions that have presumptive favorites...The Cubs and Royals...but I get the impression that the Bucs are gonna give 'em hell all summer.
