Learned about Yamaha BBN4 IIs (sell for about $200), 1979 Yamaha Musician (sells for about ~$800), 80's Squier strats (Japanese Contemporary - humbucking pick-ups, black headstock. Some had Fender logo w/ by Squier elsewhere on the headstock. Other stuff.).
Learned about truncation errors (but not well enough to type it out for you guys. Sounds selfish, I know.
Learned about how a girl I went to high school with met her husband (ya...).
I feel like I learned very little. Not because I don't try to, but because my memory is not very good.

I learned that just about all of the tabs/lyric sites I go to now, I have to join as member so I can have the privilege of enlarging font size on the print out.
If I don't join I can still print it out but it's so small I can hardly read it......

I usually just copy it into notepad. You can use Word or OpenOffice's text editor too if you'd like but it's more than I need.
If you use a mac, I can't help.
Magnifying works too, so as not to mess with the formatting. On my machine, it's simply holding down control and a mouse gesture - even the microscopic can be rendered readable, to a point.

I learned a couple of days ago that my nephew's son is a hipster. He has the Buddy Holley glasses, a beard, and skinny pants. If he ever comes to visit me, I'll be obligated to tell him to get off my lawn.
I learned that if you're going to get ticked off and punch out a cabinet, make sure you punch it properly, or better yet, don't do it at all.
I learned that after a decade, the memory battery in my trusty TI-84+ Silver Edition has died. Four hours before I have a calculus exam... Poopie...
I learned that 4" computer fans are fitted with guards for very good reasons, I now have a 1/2" (13mm) slot in the end of my right index finger after getting a little too close to an unguarded one. It bled a lot and hurts like hell. Good job I don't have a gig for 11 days.
