Résumé is mostly used by Americans. In France we use the word "CV" or curriculum Vitae.

Résumé means summary when you speak about a speech for exemple or a book.

In portuguese, résumé translates directly to resumo, which means summary, too.

Curriculum vitae is what we refer too also, or, in portuguese, Currículo.

A couple of different brands use "CV" in the name of their bass models (Schecter, Squier, others?). What does "CV" stand for? I'm guessing that the "V" is for "vintage" but have no idea what the "C" stands for. Thanks.

CV in Dutch stands for "Centrale Verwarming" meaning central heating. So a CV bass has some kind of heating to keep your hands/fingers warm ?

Btw right now we have a heat wave in the Netherlands, so I would like to have a bass with AC.
